How We Handle Your Application
When you send us your CV and cover letter, we use them to assess your suitability for a role with us. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting for our business, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract of employment.
Artificial intelligence assists us in summarising applications. The shortlist and every hiring decision are made by a member of our team. Our AI Policy explains how we use these tools.
We keep applications for up to 12 months after a recruitment process ends, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. We do not share your application outside Protos Packaging Limited.
